Fiona Ward joined Exclusive Human Resources as HR Consultant in 2008 and brought with her a wealth of experience gained from over 15 years in the sector.
After developing a strong generalist background within HR at managerial level, Fiona, who has been MCIPD qualified for over 10 years, shifted her focus towards specialist projects and, as a result, has become a much sought after consultant across a wide range of industries. Her projects to date have included redundancy and change management, employee relations and design of HR systems for clients in the automotive, chemical, pharmaceutical and public sector.
As well as this, Fiona also acts as a career coach and has experience in outplacement provision.
Since joining the business, feedback from Exclusive Human Resources clients on Fiona has been first class and her addition to the team has significantly increased the scope of HR services that the company can offer.
