- We're pleased to announce that our new Leadership and Management Development programme delivered by our L&D team of Phil Dicks and Heather Monro, will now also be joined by Commonwealth Champion and Olympian, Swimmer, Chris Cook.
We are launching the programme with a free taster session in September. This will be an opportunity for you to meet Chris, Heather and Phil and to get a taste of an Olympian's take on how to be a success.
The programme will then go live in October, kicking off with 'The Principles of Success' seminar - an opportunity to gain an insight into the mindset of an Olympic Athlete by encapsulating the very essence of how we succeed and why we fail. The seminar challenges your existing beliefs and provokes you to think how you might apply the success principles to your business targets and goals. Following on from this we will be offering a series of in depth workshops, each exploring a different topic, with the aim of offering new approaches to leadership and management development.
