Expanding, progressive manufacturing organisation seek dynamic and experienced training professional to manage and lead on their entire training programme.
The role is broad and varied in its remit and comes at an important time for the organisation as it goes through further growth. Responsible for the entire training budget, you will lead the training needs analysis on an annual basis and develop the training plan for the organisation. Working closely with senior management and the executive team, you will support on a one-to-one basis on specific training projects and devise and implement learning plans based around delivering annual personal development.
You will be part of a tight knit, highly supportive HR team and although the scope of the role will be entirely focused around training and development, some prior generalist HR knowledge would be an advantage. Although the environment is very fast paced, the culture is both friendly and centred around knowledge sharing.
It is essential that you will have experience of running the full training cycle and also of training needs analysis. Equally importantly, you will have strong influencing skills and be comfortable in working with and developing senior managers.
In terms of qualifications, both CIPD and Psychometric Testing Level B would be desirable and also a good knowledge of employment law within the training framework would be a plus.
