- We are delighted to be working with a household name in the retail sector on an exciting opening within their HR team.
The role will involve working closely with HR Business Partners to deliver on strategic goals and objectives. The company views HR as a key strategic partner in delivering commercial success and as such the position is ideally suited for an HR professional looking to develop their own strategic influence in a dynamic environment.
Employee relations will form a key part of the role and experience of working with unions would be advantageous although not essential. As well as advising line managers on HR issues, an element of training and influencing those managers to deliver on such issues is also a key feature of the position.
Strong communication skills would be needed in order to develop business relationships and the ideal candidate should be CIPD qualified. More importantly, the right person should be able to apply influence to the business and be able to present the HR viewpoint to senior management.
