Description

A professional, fast paced, innovative organisation and a well known HR recruitment consultancy are working in partnership to source an HR Manager.

Reporting directly to the HR Director, this role will be instrumental in ensuring that HR adds value in delivering a service to support the business. Ideally CIPD qualified with Trade Union experience, you will develop, deliver and ensure the effective implementation of the HR strategy and policy. You will have excellent experience of dealing with complex employee relations issues, major change initiatives and providing a clear guide to achieving the organisations objectives.

You will excellent employment law knowledge, good communication skills, and a proactive approach to working with managers across the organisation to build effective relationships and establish credibility with all levels of staff in a challenging environment.
