We are delighted to be working with a global market leader in the recruitment of an HR Case Manager to their dynamic and progressive HR team.
In this role, your key tasks will be to manage escalated cases regarding the company disciplinary and grievance procedures through applying considered judgement.
You will deliver detailed evidence and background including audit trails and disciplinary notes, correspondence for ET defence work, whilst supporting end to end redundancy programmes. You will manage escalated cases around the company absence and capability policy and procedures. Recognising opportunities to up-skill and coach line managers to be accountable for their own employee relations issues.
To be considered for the role you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Extensive experience in a commercial employee relations environment
- The ability to build, maintain and develop effective relationships across multiple business units
