We are delighted to be working exclusively on behalf of a well known organisation in Northumberland to recruit a Senior HR Executive, preferably someone who is at Director/Senior Manager level. The position is for a 3 to 6 month duration which will then be reviewed on a rolling monthly basis there that. We are looking for high level experience in Change Management, Restructuring and Union negotiations within this. The position would be to lead on all aspects of a huge change project, seeing it through to post change implementation. There would be internal support from senior Managers and our dedicated Project Team, with admin support also available.
