Due to expansion, Exclusive Human Resources are looking for a Consultant to join their Newcastle team, based in brand new Head Offices at Quorum Business Park, Newcastle.
The role will be highly varied and will suit an ambitious graduate level professional looking to build upon prior experience in a recruitment or HR focused role.
As our business grows, we are looking for an individual with the drive and motivation to learn and grow with it. Working closely alongside our Senior Consultant, you will be given first class training and mentoring to understand our business and will be involved from day one in contact with both candidates and clients, attending meetings and various networking events.
Exclusive Human Resources have an unrivalled reputation for candidate care and you will work to ensure that this is maintained through regular telephone and face to face contact with our candidates. In addition to this, you will liaise with clients to manage and develop both our recruitment and consultancy offerings and also to increase awareness of our organisation in the marketplace.
Due to the nature of the role, it is vital that you will be a strong and confident communicator capable of working in a confidential and highly professional environment. As your experience and knowledge grows, you will be given your own recruitment portfolio to manage so it essential that you have the motivation and drive to achieve this goal.
Ideally you will have prior recruitment experience or will have recently graduated in an HR discipline. A CIPD qualification will be advantageous but is not essential.
