Interim Recruitment Officer (1101)
Description
We are currently seeking an experienced recruiter with a track record in either in-house or within a recruitment consultancy to join a major client for an interim period of between 3-6 months.
Our client is going through an exciting period of change – something that has led to the centralisation of its recruitment team to the North East. Due to this centralisation and new structure we require a commercially aware, astute individual who is able to guide managers through the full recruitment cycle.
You will be assigned a set area of the business to manage all recruitment campaigns and be expected to guide and advise managers professionally. The role will involve liaising with external candidates applying to vacancies, job boards, trade press, recruitment consultancies and of course – your own internal client group.
As with any successful organisation looking to recruit talented individuals – it is vital they have a first class candidate journey – something you will take responsibility for. You will ensure the recruitment process is professional, responsive and above all – successful.
This is a full end-to-end recruitment role where you will provide advice on employment legislation, analyse a range of statistics, join interview panels, write offer letters and contracts and make the whole on-boarding process an excellent experience for all of our new starters.
Success in this role requires the ability to apply best practice to a range of recruitment situations and the confidence to build relationships quickly. You will have had relevant experience at a similar level and be qualified to degree level or equivalent. You will have exceptional prioritising skills, negotiation skills and administrative skills.
