Description

The role is not your average HR generalist position and instead focuses on a number of transformational projects within the HR team.

You will need to be a driven, self directed individual with experience of HR project work. A passion for social values will also be particularly advantageous.

You will be responsible for a number of projects, including embedding Equality and Diversity within the group. The organisation will shortly be undertaking an extensive audit and as a result you will be involved in updating the group policies and job descriptions, and making sure they are available to all employees on the company intranet.

Although heavily project focused, the role will also involve a certain element of generalist HR. For example, you will help manage absence, take an active role in disciplinaries and grievances and assist with recruitment across the organisation.

Reporting directly into the Group Head of HR you will be supported by a first class HR team whilst also been given the autonomy to manage your own caseload and put your own stamp on the projects you will be carrying out.

You will ideally have at least 2 years experience within a fast-paced HR environment, and will be comfortable in taking the lead on projects.
