At Exclusive Human Resources we pride ourselves in building and maintaining relationships across a number of markets. Our client base is constantly looking to recruit into the roles of Human Resources Director.

Reporting into an organisations board, these roles will be responsible for implementing the people strategy around sourcing, recruiting, developing and retaining talent and delivering a comprehensive and professional HR service. You will need to quickly assimilate the needs of the business and develop the appropriate strategic and operational initiatives.

Key Result Areas:

  • Provide an effective resourcing plan and process to source the right talent for the achievement of business goals
  • Design and implement learning agendas that build management capability and drive engagement
  • Apply HR tools in the areas of succession and talent that allows future leaders to be identified and developed
  • Ensure a first class operational HR service
  • Impart coaching and development skills across management populations

Candidate Profile:

  • Post graduate qualified with a clear understanding of all aspects of Human Resource Management including resourcing, succession, performance management, and development gained in an organisation where results, costs, customers and services are important
  • Experience of dealing with practical HR issues
  • Confident and outgoing with outstanding engagement skills and capable of working across all levels within an organisation
  • Self-reliant and motivated with resilience and mental toughness, capable of making hard decisions.
