Interim HR Director (1105)
Description
Reporting into the Managing Director, you will be responsible for implementing the people strategy around sourcing, recruiting, developing and retaining talent and delivering a comprehensive and professional HR service. You will need to quickly assimilate the needs of the business and develop the appropriate strategic and operational initiatives.
Key Result Areas:
• Provide an effective resourcing plan and process which sources the right talent to achieve business goals
• Design and implement learning agendas that build management capability and drive engagement
• Apply HR tools in the areas of succession and talent that allows future leaders to be identified and developed
• Ensure a first class operational HR service
• Impart coaching and development skills across management populations
Candidate Profile:
• Post graduate qualified with a clear understanding of all aspects of Human Resource Management including resourcing, succession, performance management, and development gained in an organisation where results, costs, customers and services are important
• Experience of dealing with practical HR issues
• Confident and outgoing with outstanding engagement skills and capable of working across all levels within an organisation
• Self-reliant and motivated with resilience and mental toughness, capable of making hard decisions
