Description
Fast-expanding North East company seeks a highly competent and flexible HR professional to join their team on a part time interim basis for a period of six months.  There is a possibility that the role will become permanent after this.

Reporting in to the HR Manager, you will assist with all aspects of the HR function.  You will support the recruitment process across the company, and will be repsonsible for producing monthly reports on staff absence, recruitment and training.

The role will be for 28 hours across 4-5 days a week, and will be based at the organisation's Teesside office.

This could either be a developmental role for a candidate looking to get a first foot on the ladder, or equally would suit an experienced HR professional looking to hit the ground running.

Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, although a strong administrative background is essential.  You must have excellent organisational skills as well as being able to work with a high degree of accuracy.
