Actively involved in Quality Initiative activities spanning three decades, Margaret gained considerable experience within industry and local authority settings from Quality Improvement through to Total Quality Management and advised and trained others in implementing people involvement and organisational development programs matched to business goals.
In the last fourteen years Margaret has been involved in supporting and promoting the work of Investors in People in her role as an IIP Practitioner.
Eagerly sought after, Margaret uses her enthusiastic style for major presentations within many companies. She has a proven track record of identifying learning and development needs and facilitating the delivery of effective solutions, which increase the provision of skills levels amongst employees.
Margaret has a wide-range of training specialisms including managing change and implementing top-level management development programmes.
A leading human resource development consultant, public speaker and accomplished corporate video presenter, Margaret is able to develop bespoke modules which drive the message through in line with client requirements. Indeed, training programmes devised by Margaret are still widely used and form the bedrock of transformation programmes across many organisations.
On top of all of this, Margaret also holds Institute of Leadership and Management Level 7 approved tutor status, and is also accredited as an internal verifier by ILM.
