Rachel Hegarty joined Exclusive Human Resources in 2009 with over 10 years of experience in the Human Resources and Development field.
As well as being MCIPD qualified, Rachel is also an experienced coach and holds the Post Graduate Certificate in Coaching.
She has worked across a broad spectrum of industries including motor retail, fleet services, housing, construction and the public sector.
Since working with Exclusive Human Resources, Rachel has been involved in a wide range of projects in various sectors. Specifically, her work has taken in change management, employee relations, review and implementation of terms and conditions/employee handbook and training on HR related topics.
At all times, the feedback given on Rachel has been very strong – complementing her not only on her expert understanding of the issues at hand and an ability to quickly adapt to new working environments but also making note of her tenacious yet friendly and understanding way of working.
