Exclusive Human Resources are proud to be working in partnership with a successful manufacturing company based in County Durham to source an HR Manager.
With a workforce of circa 250, the role is supported by a part time HR support officer and reports directly to the MD. The Position: Providing a full, professional HR service to the organisation, you will have involvement in aligning HR processes to corporate plans. You will also advise directors on workforce relations, development and performance. In addition you will be responsible for driving change within this manufacturing environment. The Individual: As a first class manufacturer, we require first class manufacturing and Trade Union negotiation experience as well as an individual sufficiently robust to work within this tough environment. You must be CIPD qualified and preferably have a degree or Masters degree with the ability to diplomatically advise the MD. As a team player, you will be able to see that the prime objective is the successful manufacture of product in a commercial and profitable environment. Someone who has some experience of culture change business improvement, or a training and development background would also be helpful.
